- Shave 12 hours before tanning
- Exfoliate with a glove or anything that's not an oil-based product
- Complete any spa services including manicures and pedicures before spray tan
- Avoid creamy based soaps or body washes 24 hours before (all natural is always best)
- Avoid applying deodorant, lotion, perfume, and make up the day of
- Wear dark loose-fitting clothes for afterwards or something loose that you don't care about it possibly staining
- Bring open toe shoes
- I have disposables but bring what you are comfortable getting sprayed in (THIS WILL STAIN YOUR GARMENTS!!!!)
- NO MOISTURE UNTIL FIRST RINSE
- AVOID HOT TUBS, SAUNAS, POOLS, AND EXCESSIVE SWEATING TO MAINTAIN TAN AND DEFINTINLY 24 HOURS AFTER TAN
- Lotion after 24 hours
- ALWAYS STILL WEAR SUNSCREEN
