The Experience Booking Policy

At The Experience Salon and Head Spa, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice: We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Multiple Services: If you book multiple services but decide to proceed with only one during your appointment, you will still be charged for all services booked. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for you, as another client could have taken that appointment.

Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you must cancel on short notice due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
